Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery
  • Contact us first so we can confirm stock availability

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customised or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded
  • Made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has begun
